ince I'm studying Korean for almost one year now, I
devoted myself into anykind of Korean
things. I strat to read webtoon written in Korean, start
to read Korean blog, intently following Mellon chart, making friend with some
of them, include following one or two korean styles through Instagram. So, yeah I turn to those kind
maniac (?) hehehe
No, actually not. I just think that one of hundred methode to get used with
foreign language you struggling with is by swimming into their deep culture. That is will make you
seems like the Pro one kekekekeke.
Couple last months
ago I have been enjoying some photography activities.
Walking around, taking picture randomly, upload It into social media, make
person impressed my work. I know you already guessed Instagram was the vessel
that I pourd all of my works into, right?
I can’t be more agreed about that. I do using my Instagram to put these
and those but my face hehehe. I see Instagram as a good promise for
photographer. You can meet, share each other work, or even get some idea for
your future work there.
And here the twisting point; I learn Korean, I’m
watching Korean, I talked Korean, I admire their art through Instagram, so this
time they ned to pay me back, even not huge at least they can appreciated my
work through photography things. So, I started to revolve the stir, changed
caption into their mother tongue languge, learn about their famous tagger (what
the tagger supposed to be meaning, and how they practicly used it? kind of
that). And Fouilaaaaa! I got Korean
Liker and Follower each day I upload my work there. So happy, when finally can
be blended with them, this work had been proofed to all entire species who were
put a huge doubt on me before.
As time goes by accidently bumped with some account
which left her mark on my picture, and
she was attracted my sight at that time so I go visit her. Kind of worth to stalking for, she put some short
video of Super Man Return that I regullary watch since last year. She named her
account Narang and she put some video
which only audio on it, that was some piece of song. kinda like folk song,
singing in korean for sure, but the sound, mucis, and the lirycs were kidnaping
me. So, I go straight in to google trying to figure it out until finally I found
the song in Naver. According to Naver search engine report the name of the
singer is just the same as the girl who own the Instagram account “Narang”. It’s probably her, hope so.
Thorugh my Korean junggle skill I read one word to
another about her and it’s confirmed her
genre is Folk. Well, no doubt why I fall
in love to the song from the first bumped anyway hehehe. The song sound kinda kiddo thing, but who
will refuse folk song this day? oh come on~~~~
Her song led me from one korean folk song to another one, and that’s
mean enhance my folk collection in my drive. So excited~~ never hear Korean
folk taste before so it would be the first enjoyable trial.
See more benefit by put my ass off everyday into
Korean autodidact effort from now on, I started
to know a lot about anything;Music, culture, people, literature, movie, everything.
Just wanna say for all people who devoted
their life into K-pop too, don’t waste time just for day dreaming your Bias, but make your Bias make you digging something more in
yourself, some huge accomplisment you never think you capable
about.
Oh, yeah.. if you don’t mind maybe you can stop by
here and listen to the song I’ve talked about 나랑- 좋아하고있어
